Consuming tomatoes and carrots regularly makes your Eyes healthy and fit.
Potatoes are best friends of Eyes as everyone knows it plays an important role in keeping Eyes healthy and key ingredient to take good care of Eyes. Just take two round sliced potatoes and keep them on your Eyes for 10 to 15 min then remove you can use the remedy daily as it will make you feel relaxed.
Always use cold water to wash your Eyes as it removes all the dust and dirt from your Eyes and keep them clean. Daily wash your wash whenever you come from outside.
Regularly massage your eyes using almond, vitamin e or olive oil for 10 to 20 min, as it give your eyes relaxation and helps to prevent dark circles. You can massage your eyes weekly once.

- Apply cooled tea bags over closed eyes. Don’t use herbal tea bags, because most aren’t as effective as natural or black tea bags.
